I produced and edited 12 short films for Instagram's Dear Dad campaign, transforming thousands of personal submissions into emotionally resonant stories that connected across cultures. Led concept development with an international team of writers, illustrators, and animators, shaping each narrative from raw material to unique polished films while directing the edit.
Steered the project through multiple stakeholder reviews without compromising creative vision, delivering all 12 films on schedule and within budget. The work required balancing intimate storytelling with brand objectives—finding the human truth in user-generated content and elevating it into something cinematic, unique, and meaningful.
